Orders will take 1 - 2 business days to ship with all orders being placed by 5 PM MST will ship the next day. All other orders will ship out the following day (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
Online Order Return Policy
Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of order receipt to our online returns department. During holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th ), we will accept your return after the 14 days so long as it is received by January 10 of the following year.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
- All Swimwear must be returned with the lining intact.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Fifth and Hudson.
- Final Sale, discounted items, and Special Order items may not be returned.
- If your item was a gift we will return your item for exchange or store credit for amount gift was purchased for.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. Steps for Sending Your Return Back
- Please email us at email@example.com with reason for return.
- If you need to exchange for size please email us for assistance.
- Securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable package) you have received your item.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt and include your return order number.
- Once your return is received we will email you notification of processing.

Return Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Fifth and Hudson within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Fifth and Hudson.
In-Store Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned for exchange or store credit with in 14 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, & unused, with Fifth and Hudson price tags attached & accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
- All accessories, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- In-store purchases are refunded in the form of store credit only, absolutely no refunds.
- If item was a gift you must have the gift receipt for return or exchange.
International Shipping Information
All international packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery.
Fifth and Hudson Boutique is not responsible for these fees. Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
Items are subject to be held in customs; once your item has reached customs we are no longer responsible for your purchase.
